Refund Policies
Refund policies for each program are listed below. If you have any questions about these policies please contact the club treasurer.
BCA Two Step Showdown
Refund Policy - We understand that plans can change, and we aim to be as flexible and fair as possible. Please review our refund policy : 1) Refunds must be requested in writing via email to BCAinfo@batcityarchery.com 2) Refunds will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. 3) No refunds will be issued after the event/program has begun. 4) Processing, transaction, or administrative fees may be non-refundable and will be deducted from the total refund. 5) If we cancel or reschedule an event/program, participants will be given the option of a full refund or a credit toward a future offering.
Lamar Archery

BCA Summer Camps
Cancellations must be communicated before May 1st to BCAinfo@batcityarchery.com. You will be refunded less a $50 administrative fee before May 1st, 2025. There are no refunds after May 1st, 2025. If you are registered for a camp and need to change sessions, there will be a $50 administrative fee once the change is approved. If your camp session is cancelled due to low enrollment, you will be refunded your full payment.
