Mabank Tournament

RSVP: The registration link is an RSVP only and secures a spot. Archers that RSVP will get first opportunity to register and pay (we will send a separate link).

Mabank Bullseye & 3D Winter Classic

This is an optional tournament. Archers and coaches ride a charter bus to and from Mabank, TX and will compete in both bullseye and 3D tournaments.

Only 96 spots are available. Registration sold out last year and not all were able to go.

Tournament Date: Saturday, 14-February, 2026

Tournament Location: Mabank Junior High, 822 W. Mason St. Mabank, TX 75147

Cost: $100/archer (+ Crossbar admin fees). Fees include bus, tournament registration, & pizza on the bus ride home.

Preregistration RSVP is FULL. if you pre-registered, expect an email with registration and payment information by 16-December.

If you did not pre-register, please sign-up on the waiting list. Wait List archers will receive first opportunity to register once those that completed an RSVP have had a chance to do so (19-December).

general information

First come, first served. We cannot "squeeze in" extra spots. We only have 96 bus sets and tournament registration slots to work with.
Archers are expected to ride the bus - that is part of the experience.
Parent Coaches will chaperone each bus. We may need 1-2 more parent chaperones. We will reassess needs once registration closes.
Archers will need to pack a sack lunch, water, and snacks.
Pizza will be served on the way home. We will loop back around after registration to address dietary needs.
Yes, I will need lots of help with waivers, snacks, logistics, gear, etc.

Frequently Asked Questions

Can parents drive up & watch?

Absolutely! Archers, however, are expected to ride the bus to and from Mabank. That is part of the experience.

Is there an admission fee for parents?

No, the tournament is free to parents.

When will I know my archer's competition and flight time?

Tournament registration opens on 12-January. Unlike our local ATX tournaments, only coaches can register archers. We get what we get.

My archer can't commit to the entire day. Is it okay if they come and compete in only one tournament?

No. the expectation is archers commit to the entire day and compete in both the bullseye and 3D tournament.

RSVP Deadline: Saturday, 20-December

HP Families - Saturday, 14-February is the LMS Fine Arts auditions. The LMS Fine Arts staff is not able to reschedule auditions so archers can travel to Mabank on the same day. Please don't ask.
