BCA Two Step Showdown

  Registration Instructions:

• Sign-up for a flight time. You will be asked in registration for a preference of 3D or Bullseye to start. We will do our best to accommodate.
• When you are sign up for a single flight, you are registered for both the 3D and Bullseye tournaments. 
• Bullseye and 3D run consecutively and will have a 10 minute transition in between for archers and fan clubs to move to the other gym.
• 3D in the Big Gym.
• Bullseye in the Small Gym.

Sibling Archers - Must register separately.  

Awards will be determined with the combined scores from both tournaments.

Seating - There is limited space in the Small Gym for fan clubs. You are welcome, but be mindful it might be standing room once the seating is full. The Big Gym will have seating for all.

Cost - $34.00 per archer + fees

Changes

CHANGES & SWAPS (Deadline: Sunday, 1-March @ 8:00p)

1. Send an email to BCAinfo@batcityarchery.org
2. Include your archer's name and school.
3. Indicate the flight time and number followed by the desired flight time and number.
4. If we do not have the information above, we will not consider the request.
5. You will receive a confirmation email if the change can or cannot be made. Do not assume the change is made just because you sent an email inquiring.

Change Request Example: I'd like to change Mary Poppins (Lamar), from Flight 1 Friday, November 14 @ 5:45p to Flight 2 on Friday November 14 @ 7:00p

Refund Policy

We understand that plans can change, and we aim to be as flexible and fair as possible. Please review our refund policy :

1) Refunds must be requested in writing via email to BCAinfo@batcityarchery.com

2) Refunds will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

3) No refunds will be issued after the event/program has begun.

4) Processing, transaction, or administrative fees may be non-refundable and will be deducted from the total refund.

5) If we cancel or reschedule an event/program, participants will be given the option of a full refund or a credit toward a future offering.
